Steven has practiced in forensic accounting for more than 20 years and brings extensive experience in accounting, economic, and valuation issues to the firm. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Steven is Certified in Financial Forensics and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser.

Steven has conducted hundreds of valuations of businesses and intangible assets over his career and is regularly engaged as an accounting and damages expert in complex business disputes, including matters involving the quantification of damages stemming from infringement of patents, copyrights and trademarks as well as from the misappropriation of trade secrets.

Steven also brings significant experience in investigating and quantifying damages in breach of contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, post-acquisition disputes, royalty disputes, alter ego and fraudulent transfer claims, and other forensic and fraud investigations stemming from contract and tort claims.

On numerous occasions, Steven’s work has led to expert testimony in federal and state courts as well as in arbitration proceedings.
